Groundflag in Claude and ChatGPT

Ask your AI assistant which invoices are overdue, what is open on a job or who clocked in today, and it answers from your Groundflag company. The connector only reads: it never creates, changes, sends or deletes anything, and it never moves money.

1. Add the connector.

   In Claude, open Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector. In ChatGPT, turn on Developer mode in Settings and add a connector. The address is https://api.groundflag.com/mcp in both.

2. Sign in to Groundflag.

   With your email and password or your Google account, as in the app.

3. Pick the company.

   Only the owner or an admin of a company can connect it, because the connector sees the whole company, job values included.

4. Ask.

   For example: Which invoices are overdue? What is the status of the Elm Street kitchen? Who clocked in this week?

What it reads

Jobs, clients, estimates, invoices, payments, tasks and time cards of the company you picked, the same records the Groundflag public API returns.

What it does not do

It does not create, edit, send, sign, approve or delete anything, and it does not take or refund payments. For that, use the app at app.groundflag.com.

Your data

Your assistant receives only what a question needs, while you are signed in. Disconnect in Claude or ChatGPT at any time; leaving the company or losing the admin role ends the access on the next question. What the assistant does with an answer follows its own privacy policy.
