The assistant drafts. A person decides what gets saved.
Each call is metered on the company allowance. When the allowance is used up, the call stops and nothing is saved. A job in another company is refused.

The four drafts
RFI from a photo and a sentence.
It returns a question. A drawing sheet or a spec section is cited only when that id is already on this job. Using the draft in the RFI editor is a separate tap. The photo is not stored by this call.
Subcontract review.
It points at risk in text that is actually in the subcontract, and at scope that is missing. A subcontract with no text is refused, and the model is not called. The review does not write the subcontract.
The week, and a search.
The week is written from facts the server already counted, in the language of the person reading. An empty week does not call the model. Search answers from this job's documents and cites only ids that were in that set, or it says it did not find it.
Questions
Does the RFI draft file the RFI?
No. The editor can take the question when you tap to use the draft. Closing the draft saves nothing.
What if the week had no logs, photos, RFIs or change orders?
The model is not called. There is nothing to summarize.
