QuickBooks Online

The two-way sync with QuickBooks Online is built and tested against Intuit's sandbox. It opens to customers once Intuit approves our production app; until then the button in Settings is not for live company files.

What will sync

Customers, vendors, estimates, invoices, payments, purchase orders and bills, in both directions. Approved change orders go over as accepted estimates. A sync history shows each run and anything that failed.

Until then

Time cards already export in the QuickBooks payroll file format (see Integrations). For the rest, keep entering invoices and payments in QuickBooks as you do today; when the sync opens, it can bring your customers and vendors in from QuickBooks.
