The meeting, the minutes, and the item that is still open.
A meeting belongs to the job. It is an owner-architect-contractor meeting, a sub meeting, or an internal one. A series groups the meetings on the same subject.

Who and what
People from the job.
Attendees come from the job's directory: the company's active team, the job's client and the subs. The same person twice on one meeting is refused.
An action item.
It has an owner and a date, and it is open, done or carried.
The minutes.
A PDF in the language you ask for: English, Spanish or Portuguese.
What moves forward on its own
When a meeting is the latest in its series, each item still open on the earlier meetings is copied onto it, and the original is marked carried. A done item is not copied. A meeting dated earlier, which is not the latest, does not pull items. The copy cannot be edited.
Not in this module
Drafting the minutes from a recording is not in this module. You write the minutes.
Questions
Where do I open meetings?
On the job, in the Docs tab, the Meetings segment.
Does a finished item come back?
