The daily log, said out loud and signed.
At the end of the day the foreman taps a button and talks. Groundflag turns what they said into the daily log: work done, subs on site, deliveries, inspections, delays. The foreman reads it, fixes what is off and signs.

What fills itself
Crew and hours.
Who was on site and for how long comes from the time clock, by person and by trade, including whoever is still clocked in.
Weather.
Taken from the National Weather Service at 9 am and 3 pm for the job's address (United States only).
Yesterday's lines.
One tap copies yesterday's subs, equipment, work lines and safety notes.
What the foreman says
Tap to talk, tap again to stop, in English, Spanish or Portuguese. The words are transcribed and the AI places each fact in its field: work by area and cost code, subs with workers and hours, deliveries, equipment hours, visits and inspections with passed or failed, delays with a cause, safety notes. If the AI cannot place something, the words land in the notes, never lost.
Nothing is filed until a person reads it and signs. A signed log is frozen: it records who signed and when.
Read in the reader's language
The foreman can talk in Spanish and the office reads the log in English, with a translation on demand. The PDF comes out in the language of whoever opens it. For the client, Groundflag writes a short summary in the client's language that you can copy into your message.
The Capture button
In the middle of the bottom bar, Capture takes a voice note, a photo or a line of text and proposes what it is: a punch item, a task, a material request, a job note, a daily log entry, a receipt or a change order draft. You confirm before anything is saved, and the AI never writes an amount of money on its own.
Not yet
The log is not emailed to the client from the app yet (share the PDF or the summary). Weather works only for addresses in the United States. The native phone apps that keep working with no signal are the February 2027 target; today Groundflag runs in the phone's browser.
Questions
How many photos fit in a daily log?
Up to 60 photos per log, one log per job per day.
What if nobody signs the log?
At 5 pm Groundflag reminds the job's people when the crew was on the clock and the log is still unsigned.
Does the AI decide anything?
No. It drafts; a person confirms. Nothing that moves money is saved by AI.
