A SingleOps alternative that prices the company, not the office users.
SingleOps runs lawn care, tree care and snow companies. Groundflag keeps the season, the route and the visit and also carries the construction job, with one price per company and every user inside it.

Where SingleOps is strong
On the pricing page read October 23, 2026, Essential starts at $220 a month billed monthly or $200 billed annually, Plus at $385 or $350 and Premier at $550 or $500, each with extra office or sales users at $55, $115 and $150 a month; crew users are free on every plan, and the same page shows a 9% saving on annual. Plus adds options-based proposals, job site measurements and mapping and map-based scheduling; Premier adds route optimization, automations and follow-ups and business insights, with timesheets and GPS as an add-on. The product now sits under Granum, and every plan is reached through Book a demo rather than a self-service trial.
The season, on one account
Maintenance contracts, priced the way you negotiated them.
A season in fixed installments on a day you pick, per visit or hourly from the visit's minutes; snow by event, by inch over a trigger, or by season. A daily run sends what came due, once: each period has its own charge record.
The construction job, when the work is bigger than a service.
A paver patio or a retaining wall is an estimate, a schedule with dependencies, change orders the owner signs, purchase orders and job cost by cost code, on the same account.
Every screen in three languages.
English, Spanish and Portuguese, chosen by each person, including the client's report and the payment pages.
One price, all the users.
Groundflag is $149 a month for the Crew plan or $124 billed yearly, with every user included and no office-user meter; 30 days free, no card, and you sign up yourself.
Know what is not there yet
The Groundflag landscape module is built and passed its production proof on October 23, 2026, and it is not switched on for new accounts until the next release. SingleOps lists route optimization, automations and follow-ups and business insights on Premier, GPS tracking and timesheets as an add-on, tree inventory and plant health care, and a dedicated implementation specialist. Groundflag does not pull wind and temperature from a weather feed yet (the applicator reads the label), and the chemical report is a list by period, not a form in a state agency's layout. On iPhone, Groundflag runs as a web app for now; the native app is on Android.

Questions
Is Groundflag cheaper than SingleOps?
Groundflag charges one price per company with every user included ($149 a month for Crew, $124 billed yearly); SingleOps starts at $220 a month on Essential and adds $55 to $150 a month for each extra office or sales user, with crew users free. Read both pages before you decide, and check what each plan turns on.
Can I run hardscape installs and maintenance together?
Yes. Maintenance properties and one-off construction jobs sit on the same account: the job has its estimate, schedule, change orders, purchase orders and cost codes, and the client portal takes payment.
Is the landscape module live today?
It passed its production proof on October 23, 2026 and ships turned off until the next release. The rest of Groundflag, including the construction side, is live and priced on the plans page.
