Groundflag Start free

An LMN alternative that prices the company, not the licenses.

LMN is budget-based software for landscapers. Groundflag keeps the budget, the season, the route and the construction job on one account, with one price per company and every user inside it.

Where LMN is strong

On the pricing page read October 25, 2026, LMN Starter starts at $297 a month billed monthly, with one office or crew lead license and five crew member licenses, for companies under 10 employees; LMN Professional starts at $648 a month with three office or crew lead licenses and fifteen crew licenses; Enterprise starts at 100 users with pricing from sales. Additional licenses are available for a fee, every price comes after a one-time onboarding fee, and every plan is reached through Book a demo. Budget-based estimating with overhead recovery is LMN's center, and every plan lists route optimization, SMS to clients, a customer portal, GPS location verification, weather notes and a crew app in English and Spanish with offline access. Professional adds real-time job costing, equipment and material costing, vendor bills, subcontractor tracking, files and photos, live job and crew maps and Zapier. The product now sits under Granum.

The budget and the season, on one account

Know what is not there yet

The Groundflag landscape module is built and passed its production proof on October 23, 2026, and it is not switched on for new accounts until the next release; the company budget passed its proof on a local build the same day. Groundflag needs a signal: offline in the field is the February 2027 target, and LMN lists offline access on every plan. Groundflag does not pull weather from a feed yet, has no crew efficiency scores or live crew map, and has no employee training library like LMN's Greenius add-on. On iPhone, Groundflag runs as a web app for now; the native app is on Android.

Questions

Is Groundflag cheaper than LMN?

Groundflag charges one price per company with every user included ($149 a month for Crew, $124 billed yearly); LMN Starter starts at $297 a month with six licenses and Professional at $648 a month with eighteen, extra licenses for a fee, after a one-time onboarding fee. Read both pages before you decide, and check what each plan turns on.

Does Groundflag do budget-based estimating?

Yes. The company budget turns your crew, wages, overhead, equipment and margin into a labor rate, the price book uses it, and the job compares the estimated hours with the time clock.

Is the landscape module live today?

It passed its production proof on October 23, 2026 and ships turned off until the next release. The rest of Groundflag, including the construction side, is live and priced on the plans page.
