Looking for a Procore alternative with a price on the page?
Procore sells to general contractors, owners and large specialty contractors. The pricing page asks for a custom quote. Groundflag publishes the monthly price and runs the job in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

What Procore publishes about price
Checked on the pricing page on October 7, 2026. There is no monthly dollar amount. The FAQ says the fee is an upfront annual charge by product, based on annual construction volume, the aggregate dollar value of the work. The same page says they will never charge for adding more users, and that a contract includes unlimited users, support, storage and product updates. A footnote excludes the Field Productivity product, which is priced on full-time equivalents. The same FAQ says there are over 3 million individual Procore users. The page also offers onboarding and implementation services and does not list a fee for them.
What is on in Groundflag today
A price you can read.
Crew is $149 a month, or $124 a month billed yearly, for the whole company. No seat fee, no contract on the monthly plan, no implementation fee.
The job, in the person's language.
Every screen is written in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Each person picks their own. The daily log is tap, talk, tap again: the draft comes from what was said, and the foreman signs it.
The production modules.
The schedule, job costing with change orders, the time clock, estimates and invoices, the client portal, the crew board, and safety: incidents, toolbox talks the crew signs, and OSHA 300, 301 and 300A in English. Spreadsheet import reads Contractor Foreman, Buildertrend and JobTread.
What Groundflag does not sell
A BIM viewer, coordination issues, and Revit or Navisworks plugins. A link that joins the same project across two companies. Capital planning for the building owner. Equipment location from Samsara, John Deere or CAT. Those four are on Procore's own pages, linked below, and they are outside this product.
Rows that appear only when the module is on
A row about a Groundflag module is added to the table only when that module is on in the production app. Until then this page does not describe it as available. The sources below are the Procore pages our notes were taken from on October 6, 2026, plus the pricing page on October 7.
Side by side
| Groundflag | Procore | |
|---|---|---|
| Published price | Crew is $149 a month, or $124 a month billed yearly, every user included | Custom quote. Annual fee by product and by annual construction volume. No monthly price on the page. |
| Adding a user | No seat fee. The price is per company | They say they never charge for adding users. Field Productivity is excluded and priced on full-time equivalents. |
| Contract | Monthly plan with no contract. Cancel in the app | Annual contract, described as fixed from day one. |
| Languages | English, Spanish and Portuguese, per person | Not stated on the pricing page we checked. |
| Daily log | Tap, talk, tap again. The foreman signs the draft | No daily-log claim is taken from the Procore pages linked below. |
| Safety | Incidents, toolbox talks the crew signs, OSHA 300, 301 and 300A in English | A quality and safety line. Observations are a separate product page, linked in the sources. |
| Bring a spreadsheet | Contractor Foreman, Buildertrend and JobTread | Not a Procore project import. That import is not in the production app. |
| Drawings | Released in Groundflag: drawing sheets keep each revision, and a pin on an RFI or a punch item is copied onto the next revision. | Our October 6 notes do not attach a product URL to a Procore drawings page, so this cell does not describe their tool. |
| Subcontracts | Released in Groundflag: a subcontract keeps a schedule of values, retainage on the sub bill, and compliance checks before payment, and the lien-waiver switch stays off. | Procore publishes subcontractor invoicing against the schedule of values, and a pay product that exchanges lien waivers. |
| Time and materials | Released in Groundflag: a time and materials ticket is signed in the field and becomes an invoice or a draft change order only after a person confirms that destination. | Procore publishes time and materials tickets signed in the field. |
| Change events | Released in Groundflag: a change event records the potential cost, and converting it leaves the client change order as a draft that has not been sent. | Procore publishes change events for potential cost before the change order, including a price request to the sub. |
| Meetings | Released in Groundflag: meeting minutes export to PDF, and open action items copy onto the latest meeting of the series. | Procore publishes meetings with an agenda, minutes and action items that carry to the next meeting. |
| Specifications | Released in Groundflag: a specification PDF can propose submittal lines, and only a line a person confirms becomes a draft submittal. | Procore publishes a specification book broken into sections, and AI that builds the submittal register. |
| Field records | Released in Groundflag: observations, permits and transmittals share one Docs segment, and a failed inspection opens one observation. | Procore publishes observations for a quality or safety nonconformance, with an assignee and a due date. |
| Job forecast | Released in Groundflag: a posted direct cost enters job-cost actual, and a forecast override cannot go below money already spent. | Procore publishes direct costs outside a purchase order or a bill, and a cost forecast phased over time. |
| Prequalification | Released in Groundflag: a sub answers one frozen questionnaire on a link with no password, and the office records the official score. | Procore publishes a subcontractor risk questionnaire with an approve or a reject. |
| Resource planning | Released in Groundflag: the labor week shows who is on two jobs the same day, and budgeted hours are not the Gantt duration. | Procore publishes resource planning for the crew across projects. |
| Materials | Released in Groundflag: the job board reads planned, ordered and delivered material, and equipment hours stay out of labor hours. | Procore publishes materials as planned against delivered and on hand, with a late alert. The equipment page adds location from Samsara, John Deere and CAT, which Groundflag does not sell. |
| Report packs | Released in Groundflag: three report packs, money, field and safety, export to CSV, and there is no free-form report builder. | Procore publishes analytics with more than 100 packaged reports and a data extract for BI. |
| Job assistants | Released in Groundflag: four assistants draft an RFI, review a subcontract, summarize the week or search the job, and none of them saves the record. | Procore publishes AI agents for RFIs, the daily log, contract review, an agent builder and search across documents. |
| Job permissions | Released in Groundflag: per-job roles are a company switch that is off until an owner turns it on, and off means every job stays visible as it is today. | Our migration notes describe Procore as one role per person on each project. The pricing page we checked does not document that permission screen. |
Questions
Can I import a Procore project?
Not from Procore in the production app. Spreadsheet import from Contractor Foreman, Buildertrend and JobTread is available.
Does Procore publish a monthly price?
Not on the pricing page checked October 7, 2026. The fee described there is annual, by product and by construction volume. Groundflag Crew is $149 a month, or $124 a month billed yearly.
Do subs and clients count as users on Groundflag?
No. The price is per company. Subs and clients use a link and do not take a seat.
What if I need BIM or an owner portfolio?
Groundflag does not sell those. The sources name the Procore pages for BIM, for linking a project across companies, and for owner lifecycle planning.
