Moving from CompanyCam

Groundflag copies your whole CompanyCam archive into your jobs: every project, photo, video and document, with the files themselves, not links back to CompanyCam. It takes an access token and one tap.

1. Create an access token in CompanyCam.

   Sign in at app.companycam.com, open app.companycam.com/access_tokens and create a token. Copy it.

2. Connect in Groundflag.

   Settings, Integrations, CompanyCam, Connect with access token. Paste the token. The owner or an admin can do it.

3. Tap Import everything.

   Each CompanyCam project becomes a job here, with its address. A job you already have with the same name is linked, not duplicated.

4. Let it run.

   The progress shows on the same screen and you can keep working or close the app; a large archive takes a while. If it stops, tap Import again: it picks up where it left off.

What comes in

Photos with their tags and descriptions, videos and documents, saved in each job's files. Running the import again only brings what is new.

While you still use CompanyCam

Once connected, new photos and videos your crew takes in CompanyCam keep arriving on the linked job, so you can switch the crew over at your own pace.

Before you cancel CompanyCam

Wait for Import finished, open a few jobs and check the photos are there. Then disconnect CompanyCam in Settings, Integrations, and cancel your CompanyCam plan.
