• QuickBooks Online

  Two-way sync of customers, vendors, estimates, invoices, payments, purchase orders and bills.

Payments and banking

• Stripe

  Clients pay invoices and deposits online, by card or ACH bank transfer.

• Plaid

  Bank feed: connect the company’s bank account and its transactions come into Groundflag.

Calendars

• Outlook / Microsoft 365

  Two-way: the schedule goes to your Outlook calendar, and your Outlook events show in Groundflag.

• Apple Calendar, iCal

  Each user gets a private link to subscribe to their schedule in Apple Calendar or any calendar app that reads iCal, and can turn it off at any time.

Automation and API

• Zapier

  Triggers when a job, client or payment is created, an estimate is sent or accepted, a deposit or invoice is paid, or someone clocks in or out. Actions create a client, job, task or lead.

• Make

  The same events and actions, as scenarios in Make.

• REST API

  Company API keys with scopes, documented in OpenAPI at api.groundflag.com/docs.

• Webhooks

  Signed events sent to your own URL, retried when your server does not answer.

Payroll

• Gusto, ADP, Paychex, Paylocity, QuickBooks

  Approved time cards export in the file each payroll service imports.

Schedules and files

• Microsoft Project

  Import a Microsoft Project schedule (XML) into a job, and export the job schedule back.

• Google Drive, OneDrive

  Attach a file from Google Drive or OneDrive to a job’s documents.
