Moving from CoConstruct
CoConstruct's migration page says new projects can be added through March 31, 2027. Bring your people first: the leads export is a CSV file that Groundflag reads as clients.
Open the Leads page in CoConstruct.
Use Filter first if you only want some of them; the export takes the leads that match the current filter.
Click Export.
It downloads a CSV file you can open in Excel. Lead tools are on CoConstruct's Standard and Plus plans.
Open Settings, Import data.
In Groundflag, the owner or an admin picks CoConstruct as the source and Clients as what the file holds.
Check the column map.
First and last name, e-mail and phone are matched by their usual names and joined into one client. Check every other column before you go on.
Look at the preview, then import.
Every row shows as ready, skipped or rejected, with the reason, before anything is saved. Clients already in Groundflag are left as they are.
Keep a copy of your projects
Selections, schedules, daily logs, files and invoices are not imported. In CoConstruct, Settings, Account, the Other Settings tab has Download Project Data, for one project or several. Download it before your access changes, then start the next job in Groundflag.
Questions
Is importing extra?
No. Import data is part of every plan.
My clients are not on the Leads page.
Add them as a spreadsheet with a name, e-mail and phone column, pick Other spreadsheet as the source and import it the same way. Write to us if the file looks different and we will help map it.
